Whole Wheat Bread

One advantage of Winter compared to Summer is being able to use the oven without feeling that we were teleported to the Sahara , with a ski suit on. And the smell of good things freshly baked … has no equal .
This bread takes only 10 minutes to prepare and you won’t leave the kitchen with flour everywhere and with a lot of dishes to clean.

SERVES: 1KG MASS ( 2 ​​BREAD )
TIME: 10 + 35min

INGREDIENTS:
700 Wheat Flour
300g Whole Wheat Flour
Baker’s Yeast ( 3 sachets of dried yeast )
1 tbsp Sugar
1 tbsp Salt
800 ml Hot Water
Oat flakes (optional )

Heat the water until body temperature . In it dissolve the sugar, salt and yeast.
Add the flour and stir with a spoon .
Cover and let rise for 1 hour .
Line two molds (I used English cake molds ) with parchment paper , place the dough in the mold, sprinkle some oat flackes and bake in preheated oven at 180 º C for 35 minutes . This time can vary depending on what kind of mold you use.
To check if it is fully cooked , stick a toothpick to the bottom , or a stick of spaghetti and ensure that it comes out dry . If it brings leftover liquid dough , it must return to the oven and keep checking until it’s cooked.
